Filmmaker duo Abbas-Mustan have roped in first-timer Eshan Shanker in a prominent role in their romantic thriller 'Machine', which releases on March 17. Vivo had unveiled a new Matte Black colour variant of the X9 Matte Black smartphone in China earlier this month. Now, the Matte Black colour variant has officially gone on sale for purchase in China. Earlier, the smartphone was available in Gold and Rose Gold colour options. The Matte Black colour variant is priced at 2798 yuan (approx Rs 27,700) in China. Last spring,Apple  introduced a new robots  at its spring event, Liam , whose job it is to take apart iPhones so more of the valuable materials inside could be recovered and reused. Liam "production line" systems are currently operating in California and the Netherland , Apple said in a report published on February 21. One Liam system can disassemble 1.2 million iphone  6 units in a year,according to the report . The maximum 2.4 million phones the two systems can take apart per year are a fraction of the 211 million iPhones Apple sold in 2016.  said that its robot could take apart one iPhone 6 every 11 seconds. The company said it has done a study of customer's travel destinations, usage patterns and bill shock complaints to design a new range of value packs for select destinations across Europe, Asia, America, UK and the Middle East. Accord ping to a report in  DNA , Pakistan has apparently decided to ban all Indian films in the country, amid recent tension with India. Furthermore, Pakistan's media regulatory board has also asked its local TV networks to stop airing illegal Indian shows in the country. PEMRA, the regulatory board said in a statement, “The complaints have shown serious concerns on this issue (illegal Indian contents) in the wake of current situation between India and Pakistan. Complaints have urged PEMRA to impose immediate ban on broadcast and distribution of illegal Indian channels and illegal Indian DTH.” The report said that now with the regulation on Indian TV shows in Pakistan, popular shows such as Naagin 2, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai or Kumkum Bhagya won’t apparently be aired in the country.

Kamal Hasaan, who recently attended the reception hosted by Queen Elizabeth II in Buckingham Palace, recollected his Marudhanayagam shooting days when the Queen had visited his film's sets back in October 1997, during her brief stay in India, according to a report in the Deccan Chronicle. Sharing the pictures on social media, the actor wrote, "The Queen seemed in good health and remembered her visit to India fondly. The Duke of Edinburgh was in great shape and health as well. The first look of Vidya balan’s next film Begum Jaan, which is being produced by Mahesh and Mukesh Bhatt, and directed by Srijit Mukherji, was recently released. The film also stars Naseeruddin Shah, Ila Arun, Gauahar Khan, Pallavi Sharda, Rajit Kapoor, Ashish Vidyarthi, Vivek Mushran, Chunky Pandey, among others. The film is an adaptation of Mukherji’s Bengali film Rajkahini, and stars Vidya in the lead, as a brothel’s madam in Punjab during India’s partition in 1947. Mukherji was quoted saying, “There’s something about Vidya’s face, voice and body language. Frankly, if you think of such powerful roles, you can only think of Vidya or Rani Mukerji. Vidya was my first choice. I can’t think of other actors who can pull off this character.” The film is all set to release on April 14.

According to a report in  DNA , Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan were recently spotted at the Lilavati hospital as Ash's dad Krishna Raj has not been keeping well and was admitted to the hospital two weeks back. The report quoted Aishwarya's spokesperson who said, "Yes he (Krishnaraj Rai) has been in hospital for nearly two weeks. Aishwarya is taking care of him despite her being alone as Abhishek was in New York for work. He just got back.
