Kamal hasaan meet quin Elizabeth II


Kamal Hasaan, who recently attended the reception hosted by Queen Elizabeth II in Buckingham Palace, recollected his Marudhanayagam shooting days when the Queen had visited his film's sets back in October 1997, during her brief stay in India, according to a report in the Deccan Chronicle.
Sharing the pictures on social media, the actor wrote, "The Queen seemed in good health and remembered her visit to India fondly. The Duke of Edinburgh was in great shape and health as well.
"The exchange was brief as there were too many people. You might remember during Her Majesty's visit to India, she visited my film set. Probably the only film shooting she had attended in her whole life." What a great honour indeed!

Abbas-Mustan launch Eshan Shanker in Machine

Filmmaker duo Abbas-Mustan have roped in first-timer Eshan Shanker in a prominent role in their romantic thriller 'Machine', which releases on March 17. An excited Eshan shares, "It's a dream launch to play an important part in an Abbas-Mustan movie. I have grown up watching their films and I'm a fan of their work. They've mentored me in the course of the shoot and etched out my role really well." Eshan stands tall at six feet, is lean and has an athletic body.
